We ship throughout the USA from California - Our items are shipped in eco-friendly packaging with tracking.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you have entered information incorrectly, please email us immediately. We will update your order if it has not shipped yet.
We offer exchanges for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start exchange, contact us at hello@letore.co If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
